ysl duo#25 tutorial

this is a recreation of the fotd i posted on make up alley. all the products used were the same and yeah. i hope you enjoy =)

here are the products used:

maybelline nutmeg eyeshadow (for brows), mac blacktrack fluid line, urban decay primer potion, ysl duo #25, maybelline falsies mascara waterproof, nyx milk jumbo pencil (melted and potted)


okay i started off by priming my lid with urban decay udpp. then i applied nyx milk jumbo pencil on the lid and blended it out. i also filled in my eyebrows.

i took the blue from ysl duo#25 and patted that on 3/4 of the lid. i used the sponge tip applicator.

using a blending brush i applied the purple from ysl duo #25 to the outer 1/4 of the lid. i blended the color together by patting the blue over the purple.

okay next i took a clean blending brush and blended out the edges.

i went back with a pencil brush to darken up the outer corner with the purple from the duo

okay then i put the blue shadow on the inner 3/4 of the lower lash line and the purple on the outer 1/3

next i lined my upper lash line and water line. you don't have to wing out your liner if you don't want to. i just happen to like mine winged out.

heres what it looks like after the liner. after this all you have to do is curl lashes and put on mascara to both top and bottom lashes. i didn't use false lashes.
